“The End is Near”

Happy St. Patrick's Day! It's interesting how as we've grown older, we've begun to give less and less of a crap about this holiday. Once upon a long time ago, back in the innocent days of our youth, we would make such a big deal to wear green on this day every year. When someone forgot their green articles of clothing, everyone would go nuts and run up to them and pinch them. Today, the mere topic of St. Patrick's Day got about less than a minute's worth of conversation time (based on true events).

“Oh yeah dude, are you wearing green?”
“Nah. Pinch me.”
“Kay.”

Interestingly, we almost made an Immunity out of this special occasion. We took it out because it wasn't particularly interesting, especially after we observed the success of the “I Got 99 Problems and a Snitch Ain't One” Immunity. This Immunity would have required you to go around in groups of four people, linking arms, all wearing green hats and orange beards. But, alas, we realized that it wasn't very appropriate this far into the Spoons game. And we thought of a much better idea (see the current Email Insight below, for “Don't Look Now, But...”). Leprechauns just aren't in anymore, it seems.

Oh yeah, the one kill today occurred when Sheila was seen by her killer in the cafeteria. She wasn't holding her spoon. That's about all the details there are to tell, besides the fact that her killer had been closely trailing her for about 3 weeks. And finally managed to get her the day before the Quota. Pretty clutch.

We've been busy at work today. Aside from discussing an onslaught of ASK.FM questions, we got our shipment of these giant spoons, spray painted them silver, and labelled them with our special indicators. Not much relevance to the game right now, but they'll come into play soon enough. We only got 3 weeks left in our Spoons journey together... Dang. What are we going to do with our lives after this is all over? We're feeling despoondent just thinking about it. Anyway, at least we got tomorrow to look forward to. The paranoia is going to be just splendid. And to all you underclassmen: You, too, may be featured on The Daily Cannon for aiding in a murder. We look forward to seeing what you all are capable of. Until then!
