Edward Liew, Emily Min, Durga Ganesh.
Three not-so-fancy deaths today, but thought it was interesting that all three occurred as a result of targets forgetting their spoons. We have no words. Actually, we have one word. How? How did you make it this far in the game -- three weeks in and over 100 deaths -- just to get eliminated because you forgot your spoon? It's a rookie mistake, for goodness sake. We feel mixed emotions. It's sad to see how little some of you learned over the course of Spoons so far, yet it's always pleasing to see people get eliminated.
First, Edward died while walking out of second period. He stepped out of the door without a spoon in his hand. Not much to say here. He straight-up forgot.
Next, Durga died. We didn't ask for the details about this story, but in this chase video she seems to just be casually strolling along. Without a spoon in her hand. Unsuspectingly.
Finally, Emily died. Apparently, she had been trolling her killer for a while now. Back on Immunity #3, she would walk by her killer, take her lemon out of her mouth as she walked by her killer, and then put it back in just for fun. Apparently karma caught up to her, because her killer found out that she was not holding her spoon today (why...). As soon as the killer saw her, a chase in the quad occurred. But it ended almost as soon as it had started. In death. We quote her killer, “I was like whatever, too lazy to kill... But then I was like whatever, might as well tag her out.”
Seen in the quad today. We're impressed, some of you really went all out. Hope you underclassmen had fun kneeling as reindeer, and we look forward to seeing the winning squad. Until next time!
UPDATE: We've received an inside scoop on the group chat that went down leading up to Durga's death.
